How to register an account on Pionex?
We provide Web and App versions for you.
The steps on the App (you may follow the same entry name to register on the Web)
1. After installing Pionex App on mobile, Click “Sign up” and choose to use Email or Phone to register. You can also register with your Google/Apple account as well.
If you’re not sure whether the account had registered or not, you can sign in first to check.
2. Enter the verification process, you will receive the verification code from your email or mobile phone. You can resend the verification code after 60 seconds.
(the countdown prompt is not the validity period of the verification code. Each code is valid for 5 minutes)

3. Set a password for your Pionex account, and please pay attention to whether to enter extra blank keys or Caps lock.
You can also click the eye icon on the right to view your password. After entering the referral code, you can see the discount rate of the code for confirmation. Once the referral code is bound, it cannot be changed.
If you have not entered the referral code when signing up, you can refill it if the following conditions are met：
- The registration time has not exceeded 14 days and has not used any bot tools (manual trade is not counted)
- If you have created bot tools (manual trade is not counted), can only refill the referral code within 72 hours.
WEB： Click the account avatar at the top right of the page – “Account settings” – “Referrals” and enter the code.
APP： Click “Account” > “Settings” > ”Profile” and enter the referral code you want to fill in the “Referral code” field.
4. Click”Next Step”, and you will be logged in to the Pionex APP, it is recommended that you bind the 2-factor authentication to protect your account security!
Before creating your first trading bot, Please finish KYC (Identity verification) and enable the Google authenticator.
