Earn generous referral rewards when you invite friends to join Pionex through your exclusive invitation link. You will receive commissions when they trade in spot (leveraged tokens), futures, and arbitrage.
I. Spot (Leveraged Tokens) and Futures Commission Rules
- When your invited friends engage in spot (leveraged tokens) and futures trading, you will receive a certain percentage of their trading fees as commission. Additionally, friends can enjoy the trading fee discount you set for them.
- All inviters receive a fixed spot commission rate of 20% and futures commission rate of 15%. You may allocate a portion of your commission rate as a rebate ratio for your friends, which serves as their trading fee discount.
- Spot, leveraged tokens, and futures trading all participate in the commission program, regardless of trading pairs or whether they are taker or maker orders.
Note: Inviters can enjoy commissions as long as they invite valid users (users who register and deposit 100 USDT or more), without requiring activation.
II. Arbitrage Commission Rules
When you invite friends to use arbitrage, you can receive a portion of their insurance fund as commission.
Important Notes:
- Effective date of the above commission rules: July 31, 2025, 16:00:00 (UTC)
- The futures commission only applies to new users invited after Pionex futures officially launched (March 1, 2023). Users invited before this date will not generate futures commissions.
- If your invited users do not register using your invitation link or fail to bind your invitation code after registration, you will not receive commissions from those users.
- If you obtain Pionex referral benefits through self-registration of new accounts or self-invitation rather than inviting new users, Pionex reserves the right to reclaim distributed commissions.
- It is prohibited to use social media accounts with avatars or names similar to the Pionex brand to invite new users, including but not limited to platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Invited users must complete their first deposit and trading within 30 calendar days of registration for the inviter to receive the corresponding rebate. If the invited user does not deposit within this timeframe, their subsequent trading activities will not be counted towards the inviter’s rebate scope.
- All users must strictly comply with Pionex User Conduct Code. Any violation of Pionex User Conduct Code will result in Pionex reserving the right to cancel eligibility and revoke all commissions.
- Pionex reserves the right to determine user eligibility for referral program-related commissions and to modify terms and conditions at any time, as well as the final interpretation rights of the Pionex referral program.
- It is prohibited to create websites similar to Pionex to attract users, including but not limited to the following situations: pages similar to the Pionex website homepage, URLs similar to the official Pionex website (http://www.pionex.com), and websites containing extensive Pionex logos.
- For invitees invited by non-KOL users, once the invitee reaches VIP2 level or above, the inviter will no longer receive full commission rebates from that invitee.
- Pionex reserves the right to cancel or modify the Pionex referral program or rules.
