Five reasons a deposit route may be missing

A trading pair is not a deposit promise
Pionex can provide a market for an asset without accepting a direct deposit from every network. You may need to deposit a supported asset and trade it on Pionex, but first check costs and availability rather than assuming a route.
Never guess from the ticker
Different tokens can share similar names or tickers, and the same asset can exist on multiple networks. Match the contract, network, address and any Memo or Tag exactly.

- Search the exact asset.
- Choose only a network shown by Pionex.
- Copy the current address and Memo or Tag.
- Check the minimum amount and maintenance notice.

Network support requires compatible wallet infrastructure, monitoring and operational controls. The available routes can change independently for each asset.
Can community requests guarantee a token or network will be added?
No. Pionex decides product and wallet support. Do not send funds until the exact asset and network appear on your live deposit page.
What if an old saved Pionex address was used?
Deposit addresses can be replaced or retired. Always copy a current address from Pionex rather than reusing one from an old withdrawal record or address book.
What should you verify before sending a deposit?
