Export from the Pionex app
- Open Pionex.
- Select More, then More again.
- Under Customer support, select Export transactions history.
- Choose the transaction type and time range.
- Submit the request once.
- Download the file when the link becomes available.
Pionex says the file can take up to 24 hours to generate, the download link remains valid for seven days and app exports are limited to three requests per month. Check the live screen because limits and labels can change.
How to verify the records
- Confirm the timezone used in the interface and file.
- Match order ID, pair, side, price, quantity, fee and timestamp.
- Separate created, partially filled, filled and cancelled orders.
- Do not treat an order time as its fill time.
- Keep the original file unchanged and analyze a copy.
When to contact Support
If the visible history and export disagree, capture the exact filters and timestamps. Send Pionex Support the order IDs and a short description of the mismatch. Never include your password, two-factor code or private keys.
