Under the legacy Pionex Lite workflow, ETH bought in Pionex Lite did not automatically appear in the regular Pionex balance. You owned the ETH, but the older documentation required a separate transfer before it could be used in Pionex.

This is a legacy product answer
Pionex’s available Lite FAQ was published in 2021. It described Lite as a separate product for buying Bitcoin and Ethereum and told users to view coins in the Lite app. Do not assume that its menus, partners, fees or transfer route are current in 2026.
What to verify before moving ETH
- Confirm the Lite balance and withdrawal function still exist in your live account.
- Open the current Pionex ETH deposit screen.
- Select a network supported on both sides.
- Generate or verify the current receiving address.
- Check withdrawal and deposit minimums and fees.
- Send a small test when practical.
- Wait for the required confirmations before sending more.
Do not treat two app balances as one
A shared brand or login does not prove that balances are automatically pooled. Use the balance and transaction records shown in each live product. If the transfer option is missing, contact Pionex support rather than using an old address or unsupported network.
For historical context, see the 2021 Pionex Lite FAQ. For current transfer safety, use the Cryptocurrency Deposit FAQ.
Frequently asked questions
Did ETH bought in Pionex Lite automatically appear in Pionex?
Under the legacy Pionex Lite workflow, no. The ETH remained in the Lite balance until you initiated a transfer to Pionex.
Is this a current Pionex Lite product instruction?
No. The available official Lite documentation is from 2021. Use the live app and current Pionex support to confirm whether the product and transfer route remain available.
Should you use an old deposit address?
No. Generate or verify the current receiving address in the live Pionex deposit screen before sending any asset.
Must the Ethereum network match?
Yes. Select the same supported network on the sending and receiving sides. A network mismatch can cause delayed or lost funds.
Should you send a test transfer?
A small test can reduce transfer risk when minimums and fees allow it. Confirm arrival before sending the remaining balance.
What fees and limits should you check?
Check the live withdrawal fee, minimum withdrawal, minimum deposit, network availability and any account or regional restrictions.
What should you do if the transfer option is missing?
Do not improvise with an unsupported route. Save screenshots and transaction details, then contact Pionex support from the current app or Help Center.
Product availability, partners, networks, fees and limits can change. Verify every detail in the live interface.
