Convert an eligible small balance
- Open the correct small-balance page.
- Select one or more eligible assets.
- Review the estimated USDT value.
- Choose Convert and confirm.
- Open Conversion History or Dust Conversion History.
- Verify the USDT credit in the Primary Account.
Which balances qualify
Pionex currently recognizes an individual asset worth 10 USDT or less as a small balance. The feature converts supported assets to USDT. Unlisted or delisted tokens cannot be converted through this tool.
Why an asset may be missing
The balance may be above the threshold, occupied by a bot or order, held in another account, or unsupported. Check available rather than total balance and read the message shown beside the asset.
Timing and final value
Pionex currently permits one small-balance conversion every six hours. The displayed value is an estimate, and the final conversion uses the current market price. Confirm the credited amount in history rather than relying only on the preview.
