Can Algerians get a Pionex Card? Nationality alone does not answer that. Pionex bases card eligibility on the country or region in your verified account details. An Algerian living abroad may have different circumstances from someone living in Algeria.

What Pionex checks
According to Pionex’s application guide, the cards offered depend on the country or region recorded during identity verification. You also need Level 2 verification and account assets above the amount shown on the application page.
That guide does not establish a ban on all Algerian nationals, but it does not promise approval for every Algerian applicant either. Pionex support can clarify what is available for your verified account.
What Algeria’s law says
Article 6 bis of Law No. 25-10 prohibits buying, selling, holding, using and promoting virtual assets for payment or investment. It also covers cryptocurrency mining. You can read it in the official gazette, on printed page 7.
Pionex Card is funded with USDT, so the restrictions matter when considering its use in Algeria. A working app or a successful payment is not proof that the activity is lawful.

Payments, wallets and ATM access
A merchant accepting Visa or Mastercard does not guarantee that it will accept every card on that network. Card restrictions, merchant policies and digital-wallet support can affect a payment. Acceptance at Algerian shops and ATMs has not been verified for this guide.
