Why show not enough balance when I create a bot?

If you encounter this problem, don’t worry, we have Two Solutions for you.

Generally speaking, most of Pionex’s bots need to use “USDT” to create. If the cryptocurrencies you deposit are not USDT, then when you create a bot, the system will prompt you that your account has not enough balance.


1. You can choose to convert the cryptocurrencies of your account into USDT to create a bot.

You can follow the steps below to convert cryptocurrencies to USDT:
a) Press “Trade” in the top-left

b) Click “Manual” on the right-hand side of your page

c) Select the trading pair depending on the coin you hold. If you have BTC, choose BTC/USDT

d) Limit order: Decide your sell price, amount

2. Account funds have been occupied for the following reasons:

  • The running trading bots normally make the funds locked and unable to be used.
  • Manually placing sell or buy limit orders normally makes the funds locked and unable to be used.

Path on APP: “Pionex” — “My balance” — “My wallet” and click the “Trade”.
Select the cryptocurrencies you want to check and click “Occupation status”.
You could check which bot or order is currently occupying your assets.

Path on Website: “Pionex home page” — “Wallet” — “Total balance” — switch into “Trade” account. Select the cryptocurrencies you want to check and click “Occupation”.

FAQ

Q: Why is it required to use USDT for a trading bot?
A: The concept of a trading bot is using quote currency to buy the base currency.
And most of the trading pair in Pionex is XXX/USDT pair.
For example, you have to buy BTC with USDT in BTC/USDT market.

Q: If I have some HUSD, how can I convert it into USDT?
A: You can find the HUSD section in the market on Pionex
Choose USDT/HUSD trading pair to convert it.
Please notice that USDT is the base currency, need to BUY USDT with HUSD.
