I transfered ETH to pionex, it showes it in my balance but if i try to create a bot there is no available balance.

Probably you try to run a xxx/usdt pair. To run the USDT pair, you need to have USDT first before starting the bot. You can sell your ETH into USDT first if you want to run the bot on an usdt pair. Go to Market, find ETH/USDT, click MANUAL, and then sell your ETH there into USDT.
