I can’t use them please can you explain why?

The frozen funds of your accounts might caused by the following reasons:
1. You have operated trading bots and it normally made the funds you used be locked. Before you close the bots, it is unable to use those occupied parts.

You could check the “Occupation status” via app. Please click “Details”>” Spot”, and check the specific coin in “Balance” part. You could therefore check which bots or manual orders are currently using your assets. You can manually cancel your bots or manual orders to make them become tradable again.

2. You have placed Manual Sell or Manual Buy order and it normally made the funds you used be locked. Before you cancel the orders, it is unable to use those occupied parts.
