If it is a deposit from a smart contract, the deposits take longer
Check your exchange you sent it from some only so withdrawal at specific times I’ve noticed. And some like coinbase will hold it for 7 days before transferring if you just bought it with money from the bank. But I know because I didn’t want to pay the high gas fees on eth I set my gas fee low and it literally took me months to transfer off of metamask but I’m sure exchanges will be much quicker than that lol
