Anyone tried to transfer xrp to Pionex successfully? I have transferred xrp to Pionex but haven’t received yet , what is happening?

XRP deposit time is depend on xrp network. Usually it arrives less than 10 minutes in normal time. But in several occasion, your deposit might be stuck and it get longer time to be credited. If you have this problems happen to you, you can email to service@pionex.com and explain your issues there.

Admin wants to ask for the Margin Grid, if the position is Long, for example, the XRP/USDT pair means that we want to get USDT if the price is going up or if we are short and Price going down to get XRP? The capital uses USDT or XRP coins?

How long does it take for an eth deposit to show up in my account? I transferred ETH to the correct address 27 hours ago and it has yet to show up.

Hi I tried to transfer about 400 dollars of usdt from pionex to coinbase pro on erc20 but it did not show up after more than 12 hours. How long can this take?
I just tried 2 grid bots with default settings. One bot for ADA the other one for XRP. Both are running now for some hours but only produce loss….should i let them on and wait or cancel them?
