Transaction ID(TxID), also known as Transaction Hash, is a unique string composed of 64-digit characters. Each unique TxID will be generated while any single transaction happened. Therefore, you can inquire about the deposit or withdrawal process and transaction status of your asset by TxID.
How to inquire about my Transaction ID(TxID)？
Let’s take Pionex as an example, you could enter the page of deposit/withdrawal on the APP or web to inquire about the TxID after you log in to your Pionex account.
APP:
The path is “Front Page” – “Account” – “Withdraw”, and click the clock icon on the upright corner to find the withdrawal history that you want to check. On the page, you can find the TxID of the transaction.
Web:
The path is “Wallet” – “Withdraw”, and you can find the withdrawal history that you want to check. You can find the TxID of the transaction.
