Withdrawal process
The withdrawal process of Pionex is as follows:
Your Pionex account > blockchain confirmation > Deposited on the external wallets/platforms.
Please check the transfer status on the withdrawal transaction page:
1. Reviewing:
Your withdrawal operation is still under review by us, and we will process your withdrawal request after the review is completed.
If your withdrawal has been reviewed for more than 15 minutes, please contact Pionex customer service for further help.
2. Reviewed, withdrawing:
Your withdrawal has been approved, and we are transferring funds to execute your withdrawal request.
If your withdrawal has been more than one hour at this stage, please contact Pionex online customer service for further help.
3. Processing:
We are preparing to execute your withdrawal request.
If your withdrawal has been more than one hour at this stage, please contact Pionex online customer service for further help.
4. Complete:
Your withdrawal request has been processed. You can check the status on the blockchain (network) through the link of “Transaction ID”.
If the status result on the blockchain (network) shows as successful/completed, but you have not received the transfer, please contact the customer service of the received platforms/wallets for confirmation.
Please Notice
If you transfer assets with the wrong information, we will not be able to help you retrieve your assets due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transfers. Thanks for your understanding!
