How to Withdraw Your Balance Before Deleting a Pionex Account

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Before deleting a Pionex account, withdraw the remaining assets. If a small balance is below the selected coin or network minimum, compare the live conversion and withdrawal previews rather than blindly switching to a specific coin. Minimums, fees and supported networks can change.

Why a small balance can be blocked

Each supported cryptocurrency and withdrawal network can have its own minimum amount and fee. A balance that looks sufficient in euros or USDT may still be below the current minimum for BTC on the selected network, or too small after the displayed fee.

Safe steps before converting anything

  1. Cancel open orders and stop any bots that still control the assets.
  2. Open the withdrawal screen and select the asset.
  3. Record the available networks, minimum amount and fee shown live.
  4. Confirm that the receiving wallet supports the same asset and network.
  5. If the balance is too small, compare an in-account conversion to another supported asset.
  6. Check the converted amount, new withdrawal minimum and total costs before confirming.

Do not assume USDT, TRX or any other asset is always the cheapest or safest route. The correct choice depends on the current fee, network, supported destination and conversion result.

How to withdraw in the Pionex app

Pionex’s current app guide directs you to Pionex > More > Deposit & withdrawal > Withdraw > On-chain Withdrawal. Enter the receiving address, choose a network supported by the destination, review the details, and complete the security checks.

A network mismatch can make funds unrecoverable. Test with a small amount when the minimum and fee make that practical, and check the address character by character.

Delete the account only after assets are withdrawn

On the website, Pionex currently directs you to the avatar menu, then Security > Delete. Read the warnings, complete the asset-withdrawal step, then finish two-factor and identity verification. Pionex states that account deletion is irreversible.

If you still cannot withdraw

  • Check whether a bot or open order still locks the balance.
  • Check whether the asset supports withdrawals.
  • Compare the selected network’s minimum and fee with the available amount.
  • Confirm KYC and security requirements are complete.
  • Use Pionex Support if the live screen does not explain the restriction.

Follow Pionex’s current withdrawal guide and web account-deletion guide.

Frequently asked questions

Why can I not withdraw my entire Pionex balance?

The selected coin and network can have a minimum withdrawal amount. Your available balance must also cover the displayed withdrawal fee.

Should I convert BTC to another coin before withdrawing?

Only if the live conversion and withdrawal previews show a suitable supported option. Compare the conversion cost, withdrawal minimum, network fee and receiving-wallet support first.

Can I choose any withdrawal network?

No. The network must be supported by both Pionex and the receiving wallet or platform. A wrong network can cause unrecoverable loss.

Do all cryptocurrencies support withdrawal from Pionex?

No. Pionex says only supported cryptocurrencies can be withdrawn, and available networks and minimums can change.

Must I withdraw assets before deleting my Pionex account?

Yes. Pionex’s current account-deletion flow instructs you to process and withdraw assets before completing deletion.

Where is the account deletion control on the website?

Pionex currently directs you to the avatar menu, then Security and Delete, followed by the confirmation and verification steps.

Can I recover a Pionex account after deletion?

No. Pionex states that deletion is irreversible and you will lose access to the account and its associated data.

This article is informational. Withdrawal availability, networks, minimums and fees can change; always use the live confirmation screen.
