If an RSI field is not editable in the Pionex Android app, do not assume the feature is permanently unsupported. The selected bot, preset mode, app version or parameter limits can control which fields are available. Treat the live creation screen as current.
Four reasons a field may be locked

Safe troubleshooting
- Record the bot name, pair and mode.
- Update the official Pionex app.
- Open the strategy from a fresh creation flow.
- Check whether Custom mode exposes the field.
- Review every changed parameter before switching modes.
- Compare with the web interface only if that bot is supported there.
RSI is not an outcome guarantee
RSI summarizes recent price momentum. It can remain overbought or oversold during a strong trend, so changing a threshold does not ensure a profitable entry. Backtest comparable periods and define loss limits independently.
When to contact Support
If the current documentation or interface shows an editable field but it remains locked, send Support the app and Android versions, exact screen and safe screenshot. Never share passwords or verification codes.

Why can’t you change an RSI value in the Pionex app?

Do not rely on the 2021 answer. App features change. Availability depends on the current bot, mode, region and app version.
Can an AI preset lock indicator settings?
Yes. A copied or AI-generated strategy can expose fewer editable fields than a custom mode. Switch modes only after reviewing every parameter that changes.
What should you do before reinstalling the app?
Record the bot type and field, update the official app, reopen the creation screen and compare with the current web interface if that strategy is available there.
Should you guess a missing RSI setting?
No. Do not create the strategy unless the confirmation screen shows the exact signal and parameters you intend to use.
Does RSI guarantee a profitable entry?
No. RSI is calculated from past price movement and can remain high or low in a strong trend. It does not guarantee a reversal or profit.
What should you send Support?
Send the bot name, mode, pair, app version, Android version, field label and a screenshot without account secrets. Describe the expected and actual behavior.
Indicators can fail in live markets. Test carefully and limit risk.
