Today i have a problem with pionex i sent xrp to my wallet to start a bot and then the system has removerd the tag memo so my xrp has ben sent to the corroect wallet but the memo is missing so i contact the support to deposet the xrp coin to my account after that they asked me topay a fees 20$ to recover my coins 20$ they said it cost human efforet and network fees waw is this 2021 or we are in 1999 ?!
