A deposit sent to Pionex on the wrong blockchain network may not be recoverable. Do not send account details to anyone by private message. Record the transaction evidence and submit the case only through Pionex’s official recovery or support flow.

What to do immediately
- Do not send another transfer to try to fix the first one.
- Copy the TXID from the sending wallet or exchange.
- Record the asset, amount, network, addresses and transfer time.
- Confirm whether the transaction is complete on the correct blockchain explorer.
- Open Pionex’s official deposit recovery flow while signed in.
Why a BEP20 to ERC20 mismatch matters
BEP20 and ERC20 are different blockchain networks. A similar-looking asset name or address does not make the networks interchangeable. Pionex must support the exact token contract and network shown on its live deposit screen.
Recovery is a case review, not a promise
Pionex states that unsupported-network deposits can be permanently lost. Some eligible cases can be reviewed through the recovery form, but recovery may require manual work, take time and include a handling fee.
Keep your account secure
A legitimate support case may ask for transaction evidence. It should never require your password, seed phrase, Google Authenticator code, email code or withdrawal code. Use only the official deposit FAQ and deposit guide.
Frequently asked questions
Can Pionex recover a deposit sent on the wrong network?
Recovery is not guaranteed. Pionex says deposits made through an unsupported network may be permanently lost, although eligible cases can be submitted through its official recovery process.
What information should you collect for a recovery request?
Collect the TXID, asset, amount, sending and receiving addresses, selected network, transfer time, and screenshots from the sending platform without exposing passwords or authentication codes.
Should you send your TXID to someone in a private message?
No. Use the official Pionex website, app, Help Center, or support request flow. Never share a password, seed phrase, Google Authenticator code, email code, or withdrawal code.
Does a completed blockchain transaction mean Pionex credited it?
No. Completed means the network recorded the transfer. Pionex must also support the exact asset, contract, network, address, and any required Memo or Tag before it can credit the deposit.
Can a second transfer fix the first wrong-network deposit?
No. A second transfer does not change the first blockchain transaction and creates more risk. Submit one complete official recovery request instead.
Why can wrong-network recovery take time or cost a fee?
Eligible cases can require manual on-chain investigation and movement of assets. Pionex states that handling time and fees depend on the complexity of the case.
What should you check before your next deposit?
Open the current Pionex deposit screen and match the asset, contract, network, address, minimum amount, and any Memo or Tag with the sending platform before confirming.
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Eligibility, timing and fees must be confirmed in the current Pionex recovery form.
