Being eligible for the Pionex referral program does not guarantee that a commission appears immediately. A valid invited user must be linked to your invitation, meet the current deposit and timing conditions, and complete commission-eligible activity that generates fees.

The old two-referral rule is outdated
The previous answer said you needed two active referrals using Grid Bots. Pionex’s current Affiliate Program v3 does not use that requirement for ordinary inviters. It describes valid-user, code-binding, deposit, timing and eligible-trading conditions.
Commission checklist
- Confirm the user registered through your invitation link or bound your code in time.
- Confirm the user meets the current valid-user deposit requirement.
- Check whether the first deposit and trading occurred within the current eligibility window.
- Verify that the activity used a commission-supported product.
- Confirm that the trades generated eligible fees.
- Review the referral dashboard and payout records.
- Contact support with evidence if an eligible record remains missing.

Frequently asked questions
Why can an eligible Pionex account show no referral commission?
Eligibility alone does not create a payment. A valid invited user must meet current conditions and complete commission-eligible, fee-generating activity.
Do you need two active Grid Bot referrals?
No. That was an outdated rule on the old page. Current ordinary-inviter rules use valid-user, deposit, code-binding and eligible-trading conditions instead.
What is a valid invited user under the current rules?
Pionex’s current program describes a valid user as someone who registers and deposits at least 100 USDT, subject to the other program conditions.
Does an invited user need to trade?
Yes, commission comes from eligible activity and fees. A registered or funded user who does not complete qualifying trades may generate no commission.
What if the invitation code was not bound?
If the user did not register through your link or bind your code within the permitted window, Pionex says you will not receive commission from that user.
Does every Pionex product generate commission?
No. Current rules distinguish supported spot, futures, arbitrage and certain token products. Check the latest program page for exclusions and effective dates.
What evidence should you send to support?
Provide your referral dashboard record, invited-user identifier allowed by support, registration and deposit dates, eligible trade period, missing amount and screenshots without exposing passwords or codes.
Referral rules and payout cycles can change. Use the current program page and your live dashboard as the final checks.
