Does Pionex Support Face ID Login? How to Check App Security

Pionex’s public Help Center does not currently provide a general setup guide for Face ID account login. That does not prove the feature is unavailable on every device or app version. Update the official app and check its Security settings for the options shown to your account.

How to check safely

1. Install or update Pionex only through its official download route or your device’s official app store.
2. Open the app and go to your profile or avatar.
3. Open Security and look for a biometric or Face ID option.
4. If it appears, read the confirmation screen before enabling it.
5. If it does not appear, use the documented login and 2FA methods instead of a third-party workaround.

Face ID is not a replacement for 2FA

Biometrics protect access to a device or app session. Two-factor authentication protects the account with an additional verification factor. Keep your password and Google Authenticator or other available verification methods secure even if biometric access is enabled.

Do not confuse card verification with account login

Pionex documents Face ID and Touch ID for some Pionex Card payments through Apple Pay. That is a payment-verification flow, not confirmation that the same biometric method is available for general Pionex account login.
