If price of asset goes below the low price set in grid bot . And later the price bounces back after 2 days and is now within the grid bot range. So will grid bot be active again and start selling the buy orders??

Yes it is, after it goes below your low range, it will only have sell orders. If the price straight goes up it will fill your sell orders

Grid bot always put sell orders from its buying price 1 grid higher
