A balance that looks unchanged after closing a Grid Bot does not, by itself, show that profit is missing. A total-value figure may already include the assets and profit held inside the bot. Closing can change where funds are available without creating another gain.

Identify which balance you are reading
| Figure | What to compare |
|---|---|
| Total account value | Whether it already included the running bot before closing |
| Available balance | Which assets became available after settlement |
| Bot profit | The final result and how the product includes prior releases and costs |
For example, if an account valuation already included 95 USDT of bot profit, closing does not create another 95 USDT. This is a hypothetical explanation, not a diagnosis of your account.
Check the completed close
- Confirm that the bot is closed, rather than still processing.
- Review which asset-return option you selected.
- Compare the final base and quote quantities with the relevant available balances.
- Inspect conversion records, prior releases and other account activity at the same time.
A BTC/USDT bot can return BTC and USDT separately where the selected close option allows it. Looking only for a USDT increase can miss the BTC balance. Read what happens to BTC when a Grid Bot closes for that distinction.
If the records still do not match
Contact official Pionex Support with the bot ID, pair, close time, selected option, final status and the balances you compared. Do not assume that waiting until tomorrow will resolve an unexplained difference. No fixed settlement deadline is established by this article.
