Can You Withdraw from Pionex to a Bank Account or Card?

Last updated: August 25, 2026

You may be able to withdraw value from Pionex to a bank account or card through an available third-party sell channel. You can also withdraw supported crypto to an external wallet or exchange. The old blanket advice that every user must send crypto to another exchange first is no longer accurate.

Option 1: Sell through an available third-party channel

Pionex’s current Help Center instructions use Buy Crypto → Third Party → Sell on the website. The third-party provider can offer a card or bank-transfer destination after you enter the sell details, accept the disclaimer and complete the provider’s identity checks.

  1. Open Buy Crypto and select Third Party.
  2. Choose Sell and enter the requested amount and destination information.
  3. Review the provider, payment method, quoted amount, fee and estimated arrival time.
  4. Complete any required KYC with the provider.
  5. Confirm only if the recipient name matches your verified identity and the final details are correct.

Availability depends on country, currency, payment method, provider and account eligibility. If Sell is not displayed, do not assume the route is supported for your account.

Option 2: Withdraw crypto on-chain

You can send a supported asset to a compatible wallet or exchange address. Select the asset and network, enter the address and any required memo or tag, review the minimum and fee, then complete the security checks.

The network must match the receiving platform. Sending to the wrong chain or omitting a required memo can lead to permanent loss. Confirm the destination with a small test withdrawal when practical.

Can you withdraw directly to a debit card?

A card may appear as a payout method in an eligible third-party sell flow. That is different from sending crypto to a debit-card number through the normal blockchain withdrawal screen. Use only the payment methods shown in the live sell order.

Why your available balance may be lower

Funds allocated to running bots or open manual orders can be unavailable for withdrawal. Check the account’s occupied balance before closing anything. Closing a bot can trade assets, realize profit or loss and create fees.

Fees, KYC and arrival time

Pionex says third-party channel fees and arrival times vary and should be checked on the final order page. The payout name must match the name used for Pionex KYC. On-chain withdrawals have asset-specific networks, minimums and fees shown on the withdrawal screen.

Use the current bank-account withdrawal guide and on-chain withdrawal guide.

Frequently asked questions

Can I withdraw from Pionex directly to a bank account?

An eligible third-party sell channel may support bank transfer. Check whether Sell and your payment method appear for your account.

Can I withdraw from Pionex to a debit card?

A card can be available through an eligible third-party payout flow, but it is not a normal blockchain withdrawal destination.

Do I always need another crypto exchange?

No. A supported third-party sell route may pay a bank account or card, while on-chain withdrawal remains another option.

Why can’t I see the bank or card sell option?

Availability can depend on country, currency, provider, KYC and account eligibility.

Can I send crypto to any wallet address?

No. The asset, network and any memo or tag must match the receiving platform, and restricted destinations can be blocked.

Why is my withdrawable balance lower than my total balance?

Funds may be occupied by a bot, open order or another account section.

How do I know the withdrawal fee?

Review the final third-party order or on-chain withdrawal screen because fees vary by method, asset and network.
