How to Find and Trade Pionex Futures in the Mobile App

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Pionex currently documents futures access in its mobile app, so the old statement that futures were removed is no longer accurate. For manual practice, update the app and open Markets > Futures > Demo. For Futures Grid, open Bot > Create > Futures > Futures Grid.

Current mobile paths

Goal Current documented path
Manual Futures Demo Markets > Futures > Demo
Futures Grid Bot Bot > Create > Futures > Futures Grid
Futures DCA Bot Bot > Create > Futures > Futures DCA

Menu labels and eligible products can change. Confirm the final path and supported pair in your live app.

If the Futures menu is missing

  1. Confirm you downloaded the official Pionex app.
  2. Update it to the latest available version and sign in again.
  3. Confirm whether you use the global Pionex platform or another regional platform.
  4. Check account verification and any eligibility message.
  5. Check whether the product is available in your region.
  6. Search the Bot creation screen as well as Markets.
  7. Contact official Support if the documented path remains unavailable.

Use Demo to learn the order flow

Pionex’s current Futures Demo guide uses virtual PUSD and supports manual futures practice. It can help you learn direction, margin mode, leverage and order types without using real funds. Demo results do not reproduce live liquidity, emotion, slippage or every cost.

Review risk before confirming

Futures use leverage and can liquidate a position. A small adverse move can create a large loss relative to margin. Record the liquidation price, maximum planned loss and exit method before you open a live position.

Manual futures and Futures Grid are not the same

Manual futures gives you direct control over position orders. Futures Grid automates orders across a configured range. A Grid strategy can still lose when price trends outside the range or liquidation occurs.

Follow the official Pionex Futures Demo guide and Futures Grid Bot guide. For web access, see how Pionex futures access differs by platform.
