Does the Pionex App Send Order-Fill Notifications?

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Do not assume the Pionex app will send a push notification for every matched order. Pionex documents push or in-app alerts for some functions, but its current public support pages do not promise one alert for every Spot, Futures or bot fill. Verify execution in the relevant order or bot history.

The execution record is the source of truth

You want to confirm Check inside Pionex
Spot order fill Spot order and trade history
Bot transaction The running or completed bot’s transaction record
Futures fill Futures order, position and trade history
Account security request The in-app authorization or security page named in the alert

Why an alert can be missing

  • The specific product may not offer that alert type.
  • Pionex or the operating system may not have notification permission.
  • Focus, Do Not Disturb or battery restrictions may suppress delivery.
  • The app may be outdated or signed into a different account.
  • Network delay can make a notification arrive after the fill.

Check the phone and app settings

  1. Update Pionex from the current official download source.
  2. Open the phone’s notification settings and allow Pionex alerts.
  3. Review Focus, Do Not Disturb, background activity and battery restrictions.
  4. Open Pionex settings and enable the available alert categories.
  5. Place no test order solely to trigger a notification; use an existing order record to compare timing.

Never use push delivery as a risk control

A notification can be late, hidden or unsupported. Stop loss, take profit, position size and liquidation monitoring must be configured and checked in the product itself. A silent phone does not mean an order failed, and a push message does not replace the transaction history.

Pionex currently documents push and in-app alerts for certain security authentication requests. That feature is separate from order-fill notifications. If an expected alert remains missing, contact Pionex Support with the technical details and the order record.

Frequently asked questions

Does Pionex guarantee a push notification for every matched order?

No current public Pionex support page promises a push alert for every Spot, Futures or bot fill. Available alerts can vary by product, app version and device settings.

Where should you verify whether an order filled?

Use the relevant order history, bot transaction record or position details inside Pionex. Those records are stronger evidence than a missing phone alert.

Why might a Pionex notification not appear?

App and operating-system permissions, Focus or battery settings, network conditions, an outdated app or an unsupported alert type can prevent or delay it.

Does Pionex use push notifications at all?

Yes. Pionex documents push or in-app alerts for some functions, including certain security authentication requests, but that does not prove every order match generates one.

How do you check notification permissions on a phone?

Open the phone’s notification settings for Pionex, allow notifications and review Focus, Do Not Disturb and battery restrictions. Then check the app’s own settings.

Should you rely on a push alert to manage risk?

No. Push delivery can be delayed or unavailable. Monitor open orders, positions, liquidation risk and stop conditions directly in the app.

What should you send Support about a missing alert?

Send the app version, operating system, notification settings, product, pair, order ID, fill time and screenshots without sharing passwords or verification codes.

Never share an account password, seed phrase or verification code while troubleshooting a notification.
