Read the exact profit label before comparing a positive number with Release Profit. A figure such as “+21” does not tell us whether it is Grid Profit, Total Profit, an unrealized value change or a percentage.
If it includes a gain on assets still held, that gain is not already available cash. If it is completed Grid Profit, availability can still differ because of the running bot’s allocation rules. The number alone cannot establish the cause.
Check the currency, reporting period and label, then compare them with the release preview. Use the guide to profit labels and Release Profit and the release-availability checklist. Contact Support with those details if the difference remains unexplained.
