When using leverage, you have to pay a fee to borrow that money. However, your results are also leveraged so you get a higher return aswell. What you need to consider is are you profiting from the trades or fee (when using spot-arbitrage). If you are, the profits should far exceed the borrowing fee. However, if you’re constantly making a loss, it’s better to rethink this strategy
