How Do You Redeem Funds From a Pionex Grid Bot?

Last updated: August 25, 2026

You have two different ways to take funds from a Pionex Grid Bot: release only the currently eligible profit, or stop the bot and return all remaining bot funds. These actions have different effects on holdings, orders and future trading.

Release Profit versus Stop Bot

Action What it does
Release Profit Removes only the amount currently shown as eligible while the bot continues
Stop Bot Cancels pending orders and returns the bot’s remaining assets through the selected closing flow

Why Grid Profit may not be releasable

Completed Grid Profit can still support fees, pending orders or reserves. If automatic reinvestment moved profit into the Reinvesting section, Pionex states it cannot be released through the normal control, even if reinvestment has not executed.

How to close carefully

  1. Record every profit and holding metric at one timestamp.
  2. Open the Stop control and read the closing preview.
  3. Check whether remaining assets will be kept or converted.
  4. Review market-execution and fee effects.
  5. Confirm that pending orders will be cancelled.
  6. Save the final balance and transaction records.

Copied settings do not copy an outcome

Changing a copied range, grid count or investment creates a different strategy. Your holdings and redemption amount depend on your actual executions and current market value, not the original strategy card.

Frequently asked questions

How do you redeem funds from a running Pionex Grid Bot?

Use Release Profit for the amount currently shown as eligible, or stop the bot to return all remaining bot funds according to the closing option you select.

Can you withdraw all Grid Profit without stopping?

Not necessarily. Grid Profit and Releasable Profit can differ because funds may be needed for fees, open orders, reserves or automatic reinvestment.

What happens when you stop a Grid Bot?

The bot cancels its pending grid orders. You then follow the live closing flow, which can let you keep the remaining assets or convert them, depending on current options.

Does closing guarantee the displayed Total Profit?

No. Market prices and conversion execution can move during closing, so the final amount can differ from the last displayed value.

Does changing copied settings affect redemption?

It can affect the range, holdings, open orders and result, but redemption still depends on the controls and balances of the running bot.

What if profit is in the Reinvesting section?

Pionex states that profit moved into Reinvesting cannot be released through the normal control. It becomes available with the rest of the bot funds after closing.

What should you record before redeeming?

Record investment, holdings, Grid Profit, unrealized PnL, Total Profit, Releasable Profit, Reinvesting amount, pending orders and the closing preview.

Closing or converting during a fast market can produce a different final value from the preview.
