When you release eligible profit from a Pionex Grid Bot, it moves out of the running bot and becomes available in your tradable account balance. Releasing it does not create new profit, so it may not appear as an increase in the “Today’s Profit” metric.
Where to check after releasing profit
- Record the releasable amount before confirming.
- Complete the Release Profit action from the running bot.
- Check the account’s available or tradable balance for the quote asset, such as USDT.
- Open the bot’s balance-change or transaction history to confirm the transfer record.
Why Today’s Profit may not increase
Release Profit changes where eligible funds are held. It does not generate the profit at the moment you press the button. Today’s Profit measures performance for its own reporting period, while released profit may have accumulated over a longer period.
Why total account value may look unchanged
If the total account value already included the assets held by the running bot, releasing funds changes their availability rather than creating another gain. Compare the released asset’s available balance and the completed release record, accounting for other trades or transfers at the same time.
Why the released amount can be lower than Grid Profit
| Displayed item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Grid Profit | Profit recorded from completed grid pairs |
| Releasable Profit | The portion currently eligible to move out of the running bot |
| Unrealized Profit or Loss | Value change on assets still held; it cannot be released as cash without a sale |
| Reinvesting amount | Profit assigned to supported auto-reinvestment may remain unavailable until the bot closes |
If the balance does not appear
Confirm the correct asset and account, refresh the balance, and review the bot’s balance-change history. If the recorded release is missing or the available balance did not change, contact Pionex Support with the order ID, time, amount and screenshots. Never share passwords or verification codes.
For the mechanics before pressing the button, read how Grid Profit and Release Profit differ. Pionex’s Auto Reinvesting FAQ explains why some profit can remain in the reinvesting section.
Frequently asked questions
Where does released Grid Bot profit go on Pionex?
It moves out of the running bot and becomes part of your available tradable balance for the released asset.
Why does Today’s Profit not increase after I release profit?
Releasing changes the location of existing profit; it does not generate new profit at that moment.
Is Grid Profit always fully releasable?
No. The running bot may need funds for orders and fees, and supported auto-reinvestment can place profit in a separate reinvesting section.
Can unrealized profit be released?
Not as available cash while it remains an unrealized value change on assets still held by the bot.
Where can I confirm the release transaction?
Check the bot’s transaction or balance-change history and compare it with the available balance for the relevant asset.
Does releasing profit stop the Grid Bot?
No. Release Profit moves eligible funds while the bot continues running unless you separately close it.
What should I do if released profit is missing?
Verify the asset and account, refresh the balance, check transaction history, then contact Pionex Support with the order details and screenshots.
