1.2 Polymarket Bet is available to Pionex Users only in certain jurisdictions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all responsibility if you access or download any information or services from Pionex in violation of the laws or regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are currently located. 1.3 Only users who have completed the KYC2 verification process are eligible to access Polymarket Bet. Pionex reserves the right to request additional verification documents as needed to comply with relevant regulations.

2.Intermediary Role of Pionex
2.1 All bets placed on Pionex Polymarket Bet are processed by Polymarket. Pionex acts solely as an intermediary, redirecting bets placed on the Pionex Platform to Polymarket, where they are placed on your behalf.
2.2 Pionex does not assume responsibility for the outcome or settlement of bets once they are redirected to Polymarket.
