You cannot find the Pionex Spot-Futures Arbitrage Bot in the Create Bot menu because it has been discontinued. Pionex stopped offering new arbitrage creation in December 2023 and fully retired the Spot-Futures Arbitrage Bot on February 15, 2024.
The removal happened in two stages

Do not confuse old arbitrage content with current products
Current Pionex Futures Grid, Futures DCA and spot bot products have different mechanics, fees and risks. A product that uses futures may pay or receive funding, but that does not make it a replacement for the retired hedged Spot-Futures Arbitrage Bot.
If you had a historical order
Pionex stated that remaining orders would be terminated at delisting. For an account-specific record, use your order and transaction history or contact Pionex Support. Do not rely on old screenshots or menu directions.
