Why small balances appear
Residual balances can remain after trading because of price movement, order-size rules, fees or rounding. Each amount may be too small for a normal trade, but several balances can still have useful combined value.

How to convert small balances
- Open your Pionex asset or wallet area.
- Select the current small-balances conversion entry.
- Review which assets are eligible.
- Select only the balances you want to convert.
- Check the estimated USDT amount.
- Confirm once and review the completed record.
Why the final amount can differ
The displayed amount is an estimate. Market prices can move between the estimate and processing, so the final USDT received may be slightly higher or lower. Review the completion record rather than treating the preview as guaranteed.
When an asset is missing
Check whether its value is above the current threshold, the six-hour interval has not elapsed, the token is delisted or the asset is otherwise ineligible. Do not transfer an asset only to force a dust conversion without checking network fees and withdrawal rules.
