1. Redemption & Registration Steps
- Get Your Activation Code: Redeem your benefit using your points on this page. Once successful, copy your “Activation Code” and click “Use Now” to proceed to the dedicated Priority Pass registration page.
- Complete Registration on the Priority Pass Website:
- Enter Code: Paste your copied Activation Code.
- Personal Details: Ensure the name you enter matches your passport and boarding pass exactly to avoid entry denial at the lounge. (Note: If you already have an existing PP account, please use a new email address for this registration).
- Create Account: Set up your PP account username and password.
- Bind Your Pionex Card (Important): Follow the prompts to bind your physical Pionex VIP Card. Binding your card serves only the following two purposes; you will absolutely not be charged any hidden fees:
- Purpose 1 (Seamless Access): Once activated, you can simply swipe your physical Pionex Card to enter the lounge.
- Purpose 2 (Overage Payment): After you have exhausted your exclusive free visits, any subsequent visits will be charged to your Pionex Card at the standard rate of 35 USD per person, per visit.
2. How to Access Lounges
- Access Credentials: Upon arriving at the airport, simply present your physical Pionex VIP Card or the Digital Membership Card (QR code) in the Priority Pass App to gain entry.
- Guest Policy: You are welcome to invite guests to join you. Each guest visit will deduct 1 visit from your free allowance.
- Lounge Locator: Log in to the Priority Pass website or App in advance to check the availability and details of lounges and experiences at your destination airport.
3. Validity & Remaining Visits
- Validity: Your annual membership and corresponding free visits are valid for 1 year from the date of your registration and activation on the Priority Pass website.
- Check Balance: You can check your remaining free visits and visit history at any time via the Priority Pass website or App.
4. Billing & Overage Policy (Please use with confidence)
- Priority Pass will never deduct any fees from your Pionex Card as long as you are within your exclusive free visit allowance.
- No Auto-Renewal: Your membership will absolutely not auto-renew when the one-year term expires.
- Overage Charges: Once all your exclusive free visits are used up, you can still access global lounges during your membership validity period. Any overage fees incurred (35 USD per person, per visit) will be deducted directly from your Pionex Card balance at the standard rate.
