Do I need to connect my account with Google Authenticator?

Yes. Google Authenticator will make your account safer. Also, when you withdraw from Pionex, you need to connect your account with Google Authenticator. Therefore, we recommend that you connect your account with Google Authenticator at first.

Now, I’ll tell you how to connect your account with Google Authenticator.

  1. Open your Pionex app and tap Security on the Account page.

2. Tap Google Authenticator

3. Install Google Authenticator app on your phone, and tap the「Continue」button. Scan the QR code or import the 16-bit private key.

4.Copy the Account name and Key and paste on the Google Authenticator app.

5. Get your verification code from Google Authenticator and input it.

6. Please write down the 16-bit private key on paper and keep it safe.

Now, you have completed the Google Authenticator binding.
