How to reset Google Authenticator

The application process for resetting Google Authenticator:

Please use your email account to send an email with the subject of “Reset Google Authenticator”, and the content of the email should include the following info:

  1. What’s the account nickname?
  2. What’s the account registration date?
  3. Which trading pairs have been used for the grid bot?

Email the above info to service@pionex.com. Our customer service staff will review your application and reset the Google Authenticator for you within 1-3 working days after receiving the application.
