How to Check Manual Buy and Sell Orders on Pionex

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Use Open Orders and Order History to verify manual Pionex orders; do not rely only on chart markers. Some chart versions may offer an Orders display, but controls and supported overlays can change. A missing visual marker does not prove that an order failed or was canceled.

Check the pair before checking the chart

  1. Open the exact market used for the order.
  2. Confirm the base and quote assets are in the same order.
  3. Check Open Orders for the pair and then the all-pairs view.
  4. Review Order History if the order is no longer open.
  5. Compare the order ID, side, price, quantity and filled amount.

Why the chart marker may not appear

The order can be outside the visible price scale, belong to another pair, be filled, be canceled or use an order type that the current overlay does not show. App and web interfaces can also expose different chart settings.

The old version of this page referred to a hexagon icon and stated that only bot orders could appear. That menu path is too old to treat as a current universal instruction. Use the present interface and the order records instead.

Manual and bot records answer different questions

A manual order belongs to the manual market order book and history. A Grid Bot controls multiple orders under one strategy record. If you inspect the wrong area, a valid order can appear to be missing.

When to contact Support

Contact Pionex Support if the same order ID shows conflicting status across the order panels, the balance changed without a matching execution, or the interface returns an error. Hide balances, email addresses and security codes in screenshots.

The existing Pionex manual trading guide for web explains the manual order panel. Because interface labels can change, treat the current signed-in screen as the final location reference.

Frequently asked questions

Can Pionex show manual orders directly on the chart?

Chart controls can differ by app version, web version and product. If an Orders display is available, enable it, but confirm every manual order in Open Orders or Order History.

Where do you find an unfilled manual order?

Open the relevant manual market and check Open Orders for that pair or the all-pairs order view. Confirm the pair, side, price, quantity and filled amount.

Where do you find a completed manual trade?

Use Order History or Trade History in the manual trading area. A completed order may no longer appear under Open Orders.

Why might an order marker be missing from the chart?

The order may belong to another pair, be filled or canceled, sit outside the visible price range, or not be supported by the current chart overlay.

Are bot orders and manual orders stored in the same place?

Not necessarily. Bot orders are tied to the bot detail record, while manual orders are checked through the manual trading order panels.

Does a missing chart marker mean the order was canceled?

No. A chart is a visual aid. Check the order status in Open Orders, Order History or the relevant bot record before taking action.

What information should you send Pionex Support?

Send the pair, order ID, approximate time, side, order type, app or web version and screenshots with sensitive account information hidden.

Interface labels and chart controls can change. Order IDs and the current Pionex order records are stronger evidence than a chart marker.
