For your account’s safety, you won’t be able to withdraw 24 hours after resetting your password.
If you forgot your password, please follow the steps below to reset it.
The Path on App version:
1. Click “Forgot password?” on the Sign in page
2. After reading the notice and confirming it, Click “Continue” to the next step.


3. Input your Pionex account email or phone number and click “Next step“
If you are no longer using the email or phone number of your account. If you have bound your email/phone/Google Authenticator at the same time, you can click “Lost 2-factor verification?” on the page of the verification code input interface, and follow the steps below to complete the reset application yourself.
What’s the function of Lost 2-factor verification?
4. Verify Google authenticator and email/SMS verification, and click “Confirm” for the next step.


5. Please tap to input your new password. You may click the eyebrow icon to double-check your information. (Password setting must be between 8-16 characters)
6. Final, you will see “Reset the password successfully. Please sign in with your new password”.
This means you have done all the progress and allow to use the new password to sign in.
