A Bitcoin deposit reaches Pionex after the network records enough confirmations and Pionex credits the transfer. Pionex’s April 2026 troubleshooting table lists BTC as an example of 2 confirmations and about 20 minutes, but congestion and platform processing can change the actual time. The live BTC deposit page is authoritative.
Contents
Bitcoin deposit time has two parts
| Stage | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Blockchain confirmation | The TXID exists, the destination is correct and confirmations are increasing |
| Pionex crediting | The deposit appears in the correct account after the current requirement is met |
A transfer can be broadcast but still unconfirmed. It can also have confirmations while Pionex is completing its own crediting process.
Check the transfer with the TXID
- Copy the TXID from the sending wallet or exchange.
- Open it in a reputable Bitcoin block explorer.
- Confirm the transaction is successful, not pending or replaced.
- Compare the destination with the address copied from Pionex.
- Check the amount and current confirmation count.
- Open Pionex deposit history and compare the status.
Use the current Pionex deposit address
Always open the live BTC deposit screen and copy the address before sending. Pionex announced that selected old deposit addresses would be discontinued from April 1, 2026. Do not reuse an address saved in an old message or address book without checking it against the current screen.
Common reasons for a delay
- The sending wallet has not broadcast the transaction.
- The Bitcoin network has not reached Pionex’s current confirmation requirement.
- The amount is below the displayed minimum.
- The transfer went to an old or incorrect address.
- The deposit is in another Pionex account or account section.
- Wallet maintenance or an internal crediting delay is in progress.
When to contact Support
Pionex’s deposit-status guide says to wait about 30 minutes after the required confirmations have been reached. If the deposit still is not credited, contact official Support with the TXID and complete transfer details. Do not publish the information in a community group.
Use the official Pionex Deposit Not Received guide, deposit-status instructions and old-address notice.
