I sent 500 usd in BNB from Trust Wallet to my Pionex amount and I did not write in Memo … What should I do to get my money back?

Please contact customer support on Pionex service@pionex.com . I do believe they will need a transaction number and need a few more items of information from you in order to confirm the transactions.
