can you assist me? i had a grid bot with 2800 usd. i closed it in loss of 15 usd. but the closed amount was 2499 usd. where is my money gone?

Answer

You choose “Don’t Sell” option when closing the bot, this will make the bot not selling any tokens its held and just cancel all order it has right now. The rest of your money is in token form because it is not sold by you. You can check the balance details in the home page, and then click your Balance number.
