The legacy Pionex Spot-Futures Arbitrage Bot disappeared because Pionex officially discontinued it on February 15, 2024. The current Pionex Arbitrage product is now documented under Earn, not in the old bot menu. Do not follow the original 2021 menu instruction on this page.
Legacy bot and current product are different
| Item | Current status | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| Legacy Spot-Futures Arbitrage Bot | Discontinued February 15, 2024 | Historical order and transaction records |
| Current Pionex Arbitrage | Documented as an Earn product | Earn, then Arbitrage |
| Current product attributes | Can change with product and market conditions | Details and Current Asset Distribution |
What happened to running legacy orders
Pionex’s delisting announcement asked users to close running Arbitrage Bots before February 15, 2024 at 15:59:59 UTC. It stated that orders still active at the deadline would be automatically terminated. If you are reconciling an old balance, check records around that date rather than searching the current bot list.
How to find current Arbitrage
On the app, Pionex currently directs you to Earn, Arbitrage. On the web, open Earn from the top menu and choose Arbitrage. The live product page shows current availability, quotas, automatic reinvestment, rebalancing and asset-distribution details.
Do not apply old bot instructions to the Earn product
The legacy bot interface, leverage choices and order controls do not define the current product. Read the selected product’s details, insurance-fund treatment, redemption rules and asset distribution before purchase.
If an old record or balance is missing
- Check primary-account transaction history around February 15, 2024.
- Check historical bot and futures records for the old order ID.
- Confirm whether the position was closed before or automatically at the deadline.
- Save relevant timestamps and screenshots.
- Contact official Pionex Support if the records do not reconcile.
Read the official legacy Arbitrage Bot delisting announcement and the current Pionex Arbitrage guide. Post 5132 remains the separate historical question about spreading an arbitrage allocation; this page owns disappearance and product-transition troubleshooting.
