I recently closed a trading bot however my profits were not returned to me in BNB, can you let me know why?

Hi, I have a bot (DOT/USDT) running for 1 day now with 56 transactions. However, the ‘Release Profit’ still shows zero “0”. Any idea why?
The infinity grid bot is not releasing any profits. I have been monitoring it for 4 days now. There are over 150 transactions but the profits are not deposited. Do I have to close the bot to get the profits?
