Pionex uses a minimum withdrawal amount for each supported asset and network, and that minimum is separate from the displayed network fee. Both values can change, so the live withdrawal preview is the final authority.
Contents
Minimum versus fee
| Item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | Smallest amount accepted for the selected route |
| Network fee | Cost shown for processing the on-chain transfer |
| Estimated receipt | Amount expected at the destination after the displayed deduction |
How to check the current amount
- Open Wallet and choose Withdraw.
- Select the exact cryptocurrency.
- Select a network supported by the destination.
- Read the minimum, fee and estimated received amount.
- Confirm the address and any memo or tag.
- Review all values again before submitting.
Why a low-fee route is not automatically safer
A network must be supported on both sides. A cheaper route can be more expensive if conversion adds spread and trading fees, or if an unsupported network causes loss. Never choose a network only because its fee is lower.
If your balance is below the minimum
You can wait until the balance is sufficient, choose another mutually supported network if available, or compare conversion to another supported asset. Include every cost and possible tax consequence before converting.
Follow the current Pionex app withdrawal guide.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Pionex require a minimum withdrawal?
Each asset and network has operational and blockchain constraints. Pionex publishes the current minimum and network fee in the live withdrawal screen.
Is the minimum withdrawal the same as the fee?
No. The minimum is the smallest amount the route accepts, while the fee is deducted or shown separately according to the live withdrawal preview.
Where can you find the current minimum?
Open Wallet, choose Withdraw, select the exact asset and network, and read the minimum, fee and estimated received amount before confirming.
Can you choose another network to lower the cost?
Only when both Pionex and the receiving platform support the same network for that asset. A cheaper mismatched network can cause permanent loss.
Should you convert to another asset before withdrawing?
It may help, but compare trading fees, spread, price movement, withdrawal cost, destination support and possible tax consequences first.
Can Support waive a withdrawal minimum?
Do not assume it can be waived. Use the live controls and official Support for an account-specific issue rather than sending a smaller unsupported transfer.
What should you verify before submitting?
Verify the asset, network, address, memo or tag, minimum, fee, estimated receipt, destination support and security checks.
Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. Verify the full route before confirming.
