What if you forget the gogleotenticator QR code on pionex

Answer

Send an email with the email you registered in Pionex to service@pionex.com with the subject : “Reset Google Authenticator”, and the content of the email:
“(1) Account nickname,
(2) Account registration time,
(3) Which trading pairs have been used for the grid bot”
