If you get a “2FA code error” when entering the Google Authentication code, please try the following methods:
- Synchronization time:
For the iOS system, please set the system time zone of your phone (if there is still show error, could try the (UTC+/-1) timezone.)
For the Android system, please set “Time correction for codes” to correct the time used to generate verification code on Google Authenticator.
- Refresh your browser page or change to use the incognito mode of Google Chrome to sign in.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies.
- Try to operate on the APP version again.
If the above methods cannot solve your problem, we suggest you reset your Google Authenticator. Please follow the instructions in How to Reset Google Authentication.
