The email verification code is lasting for 15 minutes, you can still login with it. If you have trouble about the time, then it is probably coming from your authenticator which is only last for 30-45 seconds. You can avoid this by fill the google authenticator code at the very last before submit. Fill the other info first including email code and then at the last put google authenticator code before submit.
