Why is it the grid bot profit is so much lower than if we hodl the coin??

For a 2x coin price(200%) , grid bot only earn 40% . Why?? How??

Hodl may give more profits and also provide more risk compareed to grid bot. this is because hodling exposes all your asset to the market hence it is fully susceptible to the volatility of the market , with grid bot a part of your trade is in usdt , and a part is exposed. so in that case you gains wont be as much as hodling . so it all depends on you . to expose fully or to manage risk
