USDT ERC20 can be supported by Pionex and still be temporarily unavailable for deposits or withdrawals. Availability depends on the live wallet and network status, not only on whether USDT is an ERC20 token. Never send until Pionex displays an active address or withdrawal option for the exact network.

Why an ERC20 option can be disabled
- The Ethereum wallet is under maintenance or being upgraded.
- Pionex has temporarily paused deposits, withdrawals or only one direction.
- The account is under a security or risk-control restriction.
- The amount is below the current minimum or does not cover the withdrawal fee.
- The selected token, contract or network is not the one supported by the destination.
A disabled button does not mean ERC20 is permanently unsupported. It also does not mean another network is safe for the same destination.
ERC20 must match at both ends
If you choose USDT ERC20 on Pionex, the other wallet or exchange must also support USDT on Ethereum for that address. TRC20, BEP20, Solana and other USDT networks are not interchangeable with ERC20.

What to do before a deposit
- Open Pionex Deposit and choose USDT.
- Select ERC20 only if the page currently shows it as available.
- Copy the newly displayed address rather than reusing an old saved address.
- Confirm the sending platform also shows USDT ERC20.
- Check the minimum and required confirmations.
- Send a small test amount when practical, but keep it above the minimum.
What to do before a withdrawal
Open On-chain Withdrawal, choose USDT, paste the destination and select the network that the destination provides. If ERC20 is unavailable, wait for it to reopen or use another network only when the destination explicitly supports that same network. Do not guess based on address appearance alone.
