Terms of Pionex Easy Earn
1. Easy Earn
1.1 By subscribing to Easy Earn with Pionex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms and conditions in this Terms of Pionex Easy Earn, and you acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by and will comply with these terms. You shall not subscribe if you do not understand and accept these terms in their entirety.
1.2 By subscribing to Easy Earn, you can earn rewards as prescribed by Pionex and agreed by you before each transaction. However, unless otherwise expressly prescribed by Pionex, subscribing to Easy Earn will not promise principal or rewards.
2. Subscribing to Easy Earn
2.1 When you subscribe to Easy Earn, you will be prompted to agree with some or all of the following terms:
2.1.1 the Easy Earn rewards rate;
2.1.2 the assets that you will use to subscribe and their amount;
2.1.3 whether you are subscribing to flexible or fixed term Easy Earn, and in case of fixed term, the duration (including the start and expiration date) and the settlement date of Easy Earn.
2.2 Pionex may require a minimum amount of assets to subscribe to Easy Earn, and/or any restrictions that may apply at Pionex’s own discretion.
2.3 Unless otherwise expressly prescribed by Pionex, Pionex will not promise your principal.
3. Easy Earn Rewards
3.1 Upon subscribing to Easy Earn, Pionex may, in accordance with the product's terms, decide whether to prescribe a reward rate.
Should a reward rate be defined within the product's terms at the time of subscription, the rewards wil start accruing from the start date of each Easy Earn transaction as prescribed on the Pionex platform and agreed by you before subscription. Rewards will be calculated on the basis of the number of days of the duration and a 365-day year.
3.2 Rewards are provided in the same digital asset as your Easy Earn.
3.3 Rewards will be calculated by reference to the Easy Earn rewards rate agreed by you before subscription.
3.4 Rewards will be distributed to your Pionex Account on the agreed asset distribution date.
3.5 Rewards are rounded down to decimal places which may differ depending on the digital asset.
2.3 Unless otherwise expressly prescribed by Pionex, Pionex will not promise any rewards.
4. Redemption
4.1 Pionex will return Easy Earn assets to you on the agreed asset distribution date.
4.2 Early redemption will not be supported. This means your asset subscribed to Easy Earn and any rewards thereof will not be early redeemed before the settlement date.
4.3 In certain circumstances, including but not limited to events of extreme market volatility, network delays, or any other unanticipated events, your redemption may be delayed, and Pionex will endeavour to redeem your assets with commercially reasonable efforts;
4.4 Auto-subscription. Subject to the terms and conditions of each Easy Earn transaction, Pionex may, at its own discretion, permit you to automatically subscribe to a new Easy Earn transaction at the settlement date, using the Easy Earn sssets from the preceding Easy Earn transaction.
4.5 However, Pionex reserves the right not to act on your instructions to auto-subscription. It may refuse to act on these Instructions for any reason, including but not limited to, that the subscription limit for a Easy Earn transaction has been reached.
5. Placing a stop or suspension on, or canceling, your Easy Earn transaction
5.1 Pionex may stop, suspend or cancel your access to Easy Earn, or delay certain transactions where:
5.1.1 you do not provide additional information to verify your identity or source of funds as requested by Pionex;
5.1.2 Pionex is required to do so by court order, to comply with any Applicable Laws (including anti-money laundering or sanctions laws), and Applicable Law shall mean all relevant or applicable statutes, laws (including rules of common law), principles of equity, rules, regulations, regulatory principles and requirements, notices, orders, writs, injunctions, judgments, bye-laws, rulings, directives, proclamations, circulars, mandatory codes of conduct, guidelines, practice notes and interpretations (whether of a governmental body, regulatory or other authority, or self-regulatory organization of which Pionex is a member), that are applicable to the provision, receipt or use of the Pionex services, or any other products or deliverables provided, used or received in connection with Pionex services;
5.1.3 Pionex is required to do so to comply with any direction or instruction from a government body or agency;
5.1.4 Pionex reasonably determines that any information you have provided to Pionex is wrong, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete; or
5.1.5 you do not provide additional information that we request to our reasonable satisfaction or in a timely manner.
6. Technology disclaimers
6.1 Pionex may, from time to time, suspend access to Easy Earn, Pionex Account and/or Pionex Platform for both scheduled and emergency maintenance. Pionex will make reasonable efforts to ensure that transactions on the Platform are processed in a timely manner, but Pionex makes no representations or warranties regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, which is dependent upon many factors outside of our control.
6.2 Although Pionex makes reasonable efforts to update the information on the Platform, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the Platform, including information in relation to the Pionex services, is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
6.3 You are responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the Pionex services. You are responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Pionex services, the Platform and any updates thereto. Pionex does not guarantee that the Pionex services, or any portion thereof, will function on any particular hardware or devices. Pionex services may be subject to malfunctions and delays inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications.
7. General Terms
7.1 All terms and references used in these Terms of Pionex Easy Earn and which are defined and construed in the Pionex Terms of Service, but are not defined or construed in these Terms, shall have the same meaning and construction in the Terms of Service.
7.2 The Terms of Pionex Easy Earn are to be read together with the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms of Pionex Easy Earn and the Terms of Service, this Terms of Pionex Easy Earn shall prevail.
7.3 Pionex will contact you using the details you provide to Pionex. This may include contacting you by email, SMS, or telephone. It is important that you ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date. If your contact details change, you must let us know immediately. If you do not, Pionex will not be responsible if you do not receive information, notices, or other important information from Pionex.
7.4 Pionex may give notice by email to your email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address is up-to-date and accurate. Notices may be given, and are deemed to be received, if sent to your email address, whether or not a notice of delivery failure is received.

7.6 This document may have been translated and published in different languages. In the event of any inconsistency, misstatements, omissions, or errors appearing in any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
