Rebalancing occurs too often and trading fee sucking so much

10days for multicoin bot already more than 1.4k rebalanced

For the whales it is a problem, for the poor with little capital not (like me), because bot cannot rebalance due to the minimum for trading :v

Hopefully keeps that in mind

Also edit the % of the coins as well

  6. if it peaks 20% but the value is +1$ it won't rebalance. if it peaks 1% but the value is +5$, it sill rebalance
